How a placement works
Four steps from your request to a trained worker on your floor.
- STEP 1 You send the job order Role, number of workers, shift, pay rate and start date. We'll review it with you by phone.
- STEP 2 We recruit and screen Every applicant is checked against your job description. Only qualified candidates move forward.
- STEP 3 We train in Lean and 5S Before the first shift, at no cost to you. Workers arrive knowing how a disciplined floor runs.
- STEP 4 We place and follow up We check in with you and the worker so small problems get fixed before they turn into turnover.
