About the CEO
Meet Marquise Manns
Marquise is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt with more than 35 years of leadership in logistics and manufacturing operations. Marquise applies the coaching and consultative methodology to foster team-based problem solving. Drawing on extensive industry experience, Marquise has developed a four-hour Employee Development and Training Seminar that introduces the fundamentals of lean manufacturing in a structured, interactive, and engaging format designed to align all participants.
In addition, for those in leadership positions, Marquise offers an eight-hour Leadership Workshop tailored to equip leaders with strategies for achieving operational goals through effective team management.
