During routine ‘pit-stops’ the performance of our employees is carefully evaluated by their direct supervisors and if they have exceeded expectations as outlined, the bonus is given and if not, the employee may not be a good fit for our team.

Our foundation-building Lean Manufacturing Production Package consists of five (5) lock-step e-learning courses designed by our CEO, solely for the benefit of both our clients and employees. The completion of these five (5) courses cements in place the level of performance that’s expected from all employees at all client locations.
